Who these terms cover
These terms govern the SEOPlan.com website, free tools, customer account, recurring audit plans, reports, and separately agreed professional SEO services. The legal operator identified on the checkout page and invoice is the service provider. If a signed proposal or statement of work conflicts with these website terms, that signed document controls for the professional service concerned.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep sign-in credentials secure, promptly report suspected unauthorized access, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security.
Plans, prices, tax, and payment
Current plan features, audit limits, website limits, billing interval, and price are shown before checkout. The final checkout must clearly state whether VAT or other tax is included or added and the total payable. Stripe processes payment. Recurring plans renew automatically for the displayed billing interval until cancelled. There is no free trial unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Cancellation and access
You may cancel a recurring plan through the customer billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access normally continues through the end of the current billing period. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription unless the billing flow confirms cancellation. We may suspend access needed to prevent abuse, protect the service, comply with law, or address non-payment, and will act proportionately where circumstances permit.
Consumer withdrawal and refunds
If you contract as an EU consumer, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online service contract. If you expressly ask for the service to begin during that period, you may owe a proportionate amount for service already supplied. The loss of a withdrawal right for fully performed services or digital content requires the legally prescribed request, consent, and acknowledgement. Statutory rights, remedies for non-conforming services, and refunds required by law are not limited by these terms. Business purchases and separately scoped work follow the cancellation and refund terms stated in the applicable order.
Audit authorization and acceptable use
By submitting a domain, you confirm that it is a public website you are authorized to assess. You must not target private, local, reserved, or test-network destinations; bypass rate limits or access controls; disrupt the service; upload malicious input; harvest personal data; resell access without permission; or use findings to facilitate unlawful access or harm.
Outputs and professional judgment
Audits, calculators, forecasts, articles, and automated scores are informational planning aids. They may be incomplete, depend on public responses and third-party data, and are not guarantees of rankings, traffic, revenue, legal compliance, accessibility compliance, security, or any commercial result. Important decisions should combine the output with appropriate professional review.
Customer material and intellectual property
You retain rights in material you provide and grant the limited permission needed to process it and deliver the service. SEOPlan.com and its licensors retain rights in the platform, design, methods, and original content. You may use your reports internally for legitimate business purposes but may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the platform itself except where law permits.
Availability, changes, and third parties
We aim to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may be improved, replaced, or retired with reasonable notice when a material paid feature is affected. Third-party services such as Stripe, hosting, public websites, and performance-data providers operate under their own terms and may be unavailable.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Any contractual limitation must be interpreted fairly in light of the service purchased, direct loss, insurance, and applicable law; it does not excuse fraud, wilful misconduct, or failure to exercise legally required care.
Complaints, governing law, and disputes
Please first use the protected contact form and state the requested remedy. Lithuanian consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority for qualifying out-of-court disputes after first contacting the trader. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is not offered as a complaint channel. Lithuanian law applies unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides greater protection. Courts and alternative dispute bodies retain the jurisdiction given by applicable law.
Changes
Updated terms apply prospectively from the date shown. Material changes to an active paid service will be communicated through the account or service email where required. Continued use cannot remove rights that mandatory law gives you.
