A useful SEO plan connects the page you want to improve, the evidence behind the decision, an owner, and a review date. Use the dashboard to keep that work together rather than treating every report as a separate project.
- Establish a baseline. Run a free SEO audit and, on a paid plan, connect the matching Search Console and GA4 properties for your website.
- Choose a focused opportunity. Research a relevant topic and market. Check search intent and the existing target page before adding a keyword to your Action Plan.
- Make and record the change. Review AI recommendations, choose the work you can support with evidence, and update the page yourself or assign it to your team. The tools do not publish changes for you.
- Review what happened. Use monitoring, Google evidence, and the Weekly Brief to decide whether to continue, revise, or wait for more data. Changes in traffic do not by themselves prove that a particular edit caused them.

Which monthly SEO plan should I choose?+
Choose by website count, collaborators, and how often you need fresh research. Foundation covers one website. Growth adds capacity for up to five websites and a three-seat team. Scale supports a larger portfolio. The comparison above lists the included allowances.
Is a platform subscription the same as managed SEO?+
No. Foundation, Growth, and Scale provide access to software, reports, and workflows. They do not include someone writing your content or implementing website changes. Professional planning and managed SEO engagements are listed separately below and require an agreed scope.
Can I research keywords before my website ranks?+
Yes. Keyword / topic research starts with a phrase and market rather than your existing domain rankings. A new report uses the plan’s shared Market Opportunity allowance even when no matches return. Matching saved reports are reused for seven days without another provider request.
Can I start free, and are rankings guaranteed?+
You can use the free audit without purchasing a subscription. AI SEO Analyst, Market Opportunity, and ongoing workspace features require paid-plan access. Paid subscriptions are currently available by early-access enquiry. No plan guarantees rankings, traffic, or revenue.
